Privacy Policy

Pesulabs is Pesu’s personal space for small community applications and private tools. This policy explains what data those applications access, why they use it, where it is processed, and the choices available to users.

1.Who operates Pesulabs

Pesulabs is operated by Pesu as an independent collection of personal and community projects. Questions or data requests can be sent to giglesias@gmail.com.

2.What this policy covers

This policy covers this website, ASICS, pudeclub.social, and private Pesulabs tools that use Google APIs, including Plan A. Each application uses only the data needed for its stated function.

3.This website

web.pesulabs.net does not use accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking cookies, or browser storage. Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and may process standard request information, such as IP address, device information, and security signals, under its own policies.

4.Google sign-in for community apps

ASICS and pudeclub.social may use Google sign-in through Supabase Auth. When a user signs in, Google may provide a stable account identifier and basic profile information such as email address, name, and profile image.

That information is used only to authenticate the user, check whether the account is authorized, create or connect the application profile, and display appropriate account information. These apps do not request access to the user’s Gmail, Calendar, Drive, or Contacts.

5.Application data

ASICS stores the identity and role information needed by authorized tournament operators, together with competition data entered or generated while running events.

pudeclub.social stores an authorized member’s account and club profile. Depending on what the member or club supplies, that profile may include a name, email address, profile image, member number, nickname, biography, contact details, date of birth, address, and social links. The app also stores content members create or participate in, such as posts, events, nominations, votes, and uploaded images.

Profile and community information not supplied by Google comes from the member or from authorized club records.

6.Private tools and Gmail data

Plan A is a private tool used only by Pesu. It requests the Google gmail.readonly permission and reads messages under a selected Gmail label to find property-listing alerts. It cannot send email, modify messages, or change labels.

Plan A processes selected messages to extract property links and listing details for Pesu’s private home-search workflow. Full email bodies are retrieved for processing but are not stored as permanent email copies by Plan A. The tool stores derived property information, message identifiers and processing metadata for deduplication, and an OAuth token on Pesu’s private machine. This information is not exposed to users of ASICS or pudeclub.social.

When an alert does not include enough listing detail, Plan A may send the property-listing URL extracted from that alert to Firecrawl to retrieve public information from the listing page, such as rent or images. Plan A does not send the Gmail message body or Google OAuth token to Firecrawl.

Pesulabs’ use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

7.Service providers and sharing

Pesulabs does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Data is processed only as needed to operate the applications:

  • Google provides authentication and authorized API access.
  • Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage for ASICS and pudeclub.social.
  • Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, and security.
  • Firecrawl may retrieve a public property-listing page for Plan A using a listing URL derived from a selected property-alert email; it does not receive the email body or Google OAuth token.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse or protect the applications and their users.

8.Retention, deletion, and access revocation

Community-app account and content data is retained while the account or application remains active, unless it must be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons. To request access, correction, or deletion, email giglesias@gmail.com.

Google access can also be revoked through the permissions or connected-app settings in the relevant Google Account. Revoking access prevents future retrieval but does not automatically delete information already stored by an application; deletion can be requested by email.

9.Security and changes

Pesulabs uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to these small applications, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.

This policy will be updated when application data practices materially change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
